SHIPPING

We value every purchase and we are so thankful for you shopping with us! Our top priority is ensuring that you receive your items, as quickly, as possible. Please read our shipping procedures below. 

Business Shipping Hours: Monday-Friday 12 pm - 4 pm ET excluding national holidays. We primarily ship our items through USPS using Priority Mail service to ensure you receive your items quickly and they are insured throughout the process. Items ordered after 2 pm ET on Friday or items ordered on Saturday or Sunday will be processed in the order they were received the following Monday. 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We will do everything within our power to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please email us at bgadesignswv@gmail.com if for any reason, you are unhappy. Please note that all sale items, coupons and discount codes cannot be refunded and are FINAL sale.  We allow only one code per customer per order.

RETURNS

Please email us prior to returning any items.  All returns must be sent within 7 days of the date you received the item in the same packaging and in new condition and NOT worn. We ask that you add a note in your package stating your name, order number and that you'd like to return the item. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing after the package has been received by us.  Your refund will be issued as BGA store credit or refunded via the same method of payment.   If the item was a gift, you will be issued store credit.  

EXCHANGES

Please email us prior to returning any items. All exchanges must be sent within 7 days of the date you received it in the same packaging and in new condition. We ask that you add a note in your package stating your name, order number and that you'd like to exchange your item and the new item information. We will do everything in our powers to exchange for the same item but, please know as a small boutique quantity of sizes is limited.  Please allow 2-3 business days for processing after the package has been received by us. 

Partial Refunds/Special Circumstances:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted, these include but are not limited to items with obvious signs of use, any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If an item arrives damaged or broken, we are happy to send a replacement. However, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required and must be reported within 48 hours of order delivery to bgadesignswv@gmail.com and please be sure to include your name and order number in your email. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

If item is no longer available, a credit will be issued or a similar replacement item will be offered.

Shipping Costs:

We will not refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers. BGA Boutique is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to us.

RETURNED CHECKS

All returned checks are subject to a $30 fee.  Returned checks and fee amounts are due immediately upon being informed.
